hist question?

Hi y'all. I was just contemplating and I think that there's a possibilty that the hist question on the "why type" might be like, oops, wait ah, go check, "Explain why the Hong-Lim by elections was the most important factor that caused Tengku Abdul Rahman to propose merger with Singapore."
